Welcome to ZenoTalk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenoTalk mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by ZenoTalk ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ZenoTalk is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

ZenoTalk is a calendar and diary application that allows users to:

• Create and manage diary entries
• Organize calendar events and appointments
• Set memorial dates and reminders
• Add photos to diary entries
• Track personal memories and experiences

All personal content is stored locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and security.

4. Coin-Based Premium Features

ZenoTalk operates on a coin-based system for premium features:

Coin Purchase System:

• Premium features are unlocked through in-app coin purchases
• Coins are purchased through Apple's App Store payment system
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coin balances are tied to your User ID and device

No Subscription Model:

We do not offer subscription services. All premium features are accessed through one-time coin purchases.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of ZenoTalk, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Keep your device secure to protect your personal data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Not share or distribute the application outside of authorized app stores

6. Intellectual Property

The ZenoTalk application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZenoTalk and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain all rights to the content you create within the app, including diary entries and uploaded photos. Since all content is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to or ownership of your personal content.

7. Privacy and Data Storage

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information. Key points include:

• Personal diary content is stored exclusively on your device
• We only collect minimal data (User ID and coin information)
• No personal content is transmitted to our servers
• Your data remains private and secure

8. App Store Terms

Your use of ZenoTalk is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms will prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenoTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
